ASVPM is a volunteer-powered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. ASVPM uses a close-looped ecosystem called The Immersive Experience®. The Immersive Experience® framework bridges the gap between Agile theory and professional readiness — by immersing people in real Scrum work, empirical leadership, mentorship, and community-driven learning.
Why ASVPM Exists
ASVPM’s mission is to support programs run by volunteer professionals as platforms to learn and experience Scrum fundamentals, Agile frameworks, and practices through immersion. Rather than relying solely on classroom instruction or self-study, ASVPM places participants inside functioning Scrum teams where the learning is immediate, tangible, and consequential.

While most Agile training programs deliver knowledge through slides and simulations, ASVPM’s Immersive Experience® places participants inside a functioning Scrum team from day one.
