Project management wisdom from practitioners and the UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley
Jeff McKenna has been involved in software development for some 45 years. During that time he has participated in every aspects of product development from implementation and test, through architecture and design, all the way to sales and marketing. Since the late 1980s Jeff has focused on the process side of development. He consulted on the very first Scrum project in 1993. He has taught, coached and mentored agile teams using Scrum and Extreme Programming practices for small and medium sized projects. His clients range from small startups to established enterprises.
